Step through the main entry door to see a U-Shaped dinette with overhead storage cabinets in front of you, flanked on the left with a large double door pantry with several drawers below. To the left of the double door pantry at the rear of the RV, is the private bathroom with shower and sink as well as a toilet with a nice cabinet for storage. In the opposite corner is a queen corner bed with a cabinet above the back end of the bed with its own TV and a privacy curtain at the front end of the bed.
Moving back to the front of the RV on the entry side, there is a galley with a spacious refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and sink as well as storage cabinets above and below.
Moving forward of the galley there is an overhead queen bed with a DVD player and a TV on a swing arm allowing the TV to be viewed from the bed or swing out to be viewed at the dinette.
Below the overhead bed is access to the front cab that features two captains chairs, a large display screen for the bluetooth stereo and monitor for the rear/back up and side view cameras.
Includes Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes, serving ware, silver ware, cutting board, dish soap, hand soap, scrub sponge, cleaning supplies, paper towels, broom, dustpan, mop, vacuum, first aid kit, and RV toilet paper, games, DVDs.
Outdoor mat, folding chairs, hoses (water, sewer, clean out) and electrical cord for setup.
Due to Covid, we made bedding and towel items an optional item and can be added for a fee.

Price is based on 3 night rentals or longer.
Rentals less than 3 nights will be charged a minimum of 2 nights plus 20% surcharge on the nightly rental rate
Cancellation Policy
What if I need to cancel right after booking?
Once a host accepts a reservation request, a full refund (including the service fee) is available for 48 hours—only if the start date of the trip is more than 14 days away. Otherwise, the host’s cancellation policy applies.
If I book the RV for any of the dates of the cancelled reservation, I will give a full refund minus service fee including tax for any nights it rents out during the cancelled rental. In addition, I will give you 50% credit of any money lost minus service fee towars a reservation with me within 13 months.
If a reservation is canceled more than 14 days prior to the start date of the trip:
Refunded
- 50% of the booking total, including tax
- Anything paid toward the protection package, including tax

- The service fee, including tax
