Rental Policies
Peak Season
* A 3-night minimum is required during peak camping season.
* Reservations for fewer than three nights during peak season will still be charged the equivalent of a 3-night rental.
Off-Season
* Rentals of 2 nights are welcome during the off-season.
* A 20% short-stay surcharge will be added to the nightly rental rate for reservations under three nights. This additional fee helps cover the extra costs associated with delivery, setup, cleaning, sanitizing, inspection, and preparation, while allowing us to offer shorter stays.
