Get Out of Town! Rent our 2022 21 foot KZ Sportsman Bunkhouse BH121. With a gross weight of only 3,500 pounds, it can easily be towed by ALMOST ANY VEHICLE and is ready to provide you with lots of fun and memories to last a lifetime!
 
It sleeps five with a queen bed up front, a convertible dinette mid-cabin, and two bunks in the rear. The slide really opens up the camper and expands the dinette for more comfortable dining or gathering around the table. Inside the camper, USB ports enable you to conveniently charge your smart devices and independent lighting in each bunk enhances privacy and allows each occupant to select ample or no lighting.
 
The camper has the comforts of home, including a Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, stove, sink, refrigerator, and a dinette. The bathroom has a stand up shower with a small tub and a flushable toilet. Watch your favorite shows and movies with the Smart TV and Blue Ray DVD Player, which can be set up in the kitchenette or outside on a table. You can also relax under the comfort of the power awning and enjoy all your outdoor and evening activities. There is additional outdoor storage space for your camp chairs, games, and other accessories.
 
This camper is fully stocked and includes pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, utensils, serving utensils, can opener, bottle opener. We also provide expendable supplies such as hand soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.  Due to Covid, we made bedding and towel items as an optional item and can be included for a fee.
 
You can pick up and return this bunkhouse to us, but you will need a 2 5/16” ball for towing, or you may be able to rent ours for a fee. The bunkhouse has electric brakes but per Texas state law, a brake controller is not required on this bunkhouse due to its super light weight!!!
 
We also offer full delivery, setup, and return services, which are free within 30 miles of us in Schertz, TX. We offer delivery and set up to more distant locations for $2.50 a mile with a $150 minimum charge. This is a one time charge per rental based on the one way distance to the destination.
